Innovators from academia, marketplace and authorities will convene next week for a summit in Glasgow which will check out the ‘ability of concepts’ to clear up societal challenges.
Organised by the college startup and spinout platform, Converge, the event will be hosted at the Royal Glasgow Live performance Corridor on Thursday 18 April.
It will glance at how cutting-edge developments in AI, web zero, data science, health and fitness and the daily life sciences can lead to fixing international challenges like weather adjust.
Dame Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock MBE, generally referred to as the BBC’s ‘face of space’, will headline the celebration, which is supported by the Scottish Ecosystem Fund 2023-24.
She will be discussing the electricity of dreams, achieving for the stars and her journey from a dyslexic youngster on a North London housing estate to internationally acclaimed space scientist.
